Principal & Founder

Named one of the “25 Most Influential Women in Business” for achievements with Fortune 500 companies in various industries, including life sciences/pharmaceutical, financial services, and telecommunications. I focus on human resources, global talent, and leadership development. My 25-year career spans revenue generation, P&L, and high-performance sales teams. From a global perspective, I've lived outside of the U.S. for six years—in three countries on two continents. These life experiences enhance my ability to connect with people.
